The aim of the partnership between BioneXt LAB and Bâloise is to digitalise processes with a view to making it easier for Bâloise policyholders to take out an "outstanding balance" insurance policy through giving them the opportunity to have a blood sample taken without charge at a time and place of their choice via the Picken Doheem service.

This solution also applies to Bâloise Assurances staff. From now on, they can use Picken Doheem to have their blood samples taken on the premises of Bâloise Assurance Luxembourg S.A. They can also benefit from B-neXt CARE, a preventive medicine programme aimed at improving the physical and mental health of staff members via personalised recommendations.

DKV Luxembourg, market leader in private health insurance products and services in Luxembourg, and BioneXt Lab consider the health of their customers as the main focus of their activities. Thus, the aim of their partnership is to guarantee their customers the best medical care, not only in the event of illness, but also in terms of prevention and improvement of their comfort and quality of life by offering a suitable range of services. DKV Luxembourg, a member of the LALUX Group, reimburses exclusively to their customers 100% of lab costs for the four most common blood tests, performed at BioneXt Lab. These costs are not covered by the CNS.

Thanks to the free service provided by BioneXt Lab in collaboration with Picken Doheem, DKV customers have the possibility to have their blood samples taken by appointment, in a convenient and mobile way at the address of their choice, for example at home or at their workplace.
