myLAB A digital health ecosystem devoted to medical biology

More than just a results server, “myLAB” is an evolving interface between health professionals and patients, reflecting our 4P vision of medicine:

  • Participative, myLAB is compatible with and complements myDSP, your shared healthcare file. It also includes the services offered by Picken Doheem and Doctena.
  • Predictive, the use of artificial intelligence allows the latest medical findings (international guidelines) to be integrated in the interpretation of results.
  • Preventive and personalised via the interactive patient-centric B-neXt CARE app which links together, via a reasoning engine, myLAB results and data from connected devices and specific questionnaires to offer a constant flow of recommendations and personalised health tips.

"MyLAB" is available on your partner laboratory's website "myLAB space" and can also be downloaded as a mobile app, compatible with IOS and Android.

With "myLAB" :

  • Access all your test results, both past and present, including those from other labs (via myDSP, a function integrated into myLAB)
  • Make appointments for samples to be taken, whether for yourself or your relatives, at the address and time of your choice.
  • Make an appointment with your doctor via Doctena, another function integrated into myLAB
  • Manage your relatives’ accounts and access their results
  • Pay your medical fees online
  • Find the closest test lab to have a sample taken without an appointment
  • Access medical videos online

"myLAB" is a communication tool connecting the physician to the lab, allowing you to:

  • securely access your patients' latest results with automatic highlighting of anomalous results and new, unread results
  • filter analyses by various criteria,
  • generate comparative charts of selected previous results
  • generate combined tables with markers
  • generate PDF files to print test results
  • generate an electronic prescription incorporating the rules of the current nomenclature
  • make an appointment for a blood test for your patient
