As of April 1, 2026, BIONEXT, a Luxembourg-based medical laboratory, is evolving its governance to support its development and address the new challenges of a rapidly transforming healthcare sector.
A Board of Directors, chaired by Dr Jean-Luc Dourson, will carry forward the laboratory’s strategic vision and founding values since its creation in 2017.
New governance to support BIONEXT’s growth
On the operational level:
- Dr Thibault Ferrandon is appointed CEO (Chief Executive Officer) after 8 years in the laboratory’s Medical Directorate
- Dr Emilie Weibel is appointed CMO (Chief Medical Officer), bringing her experience as a medical biologist within the laboratory since 2020.
