The transmission of unencrypted results by sms or email is not legal. It does not comply with the ISO15189 standard to which medical analysis laboratories are subject and does not comply with the GDPR regulation.

Moreover, it does not comply with the recommendations of good practice of the Luxembourg standard ILNAS 107:2020. The communication of laboratory test results must be done in a secure way by guaranteeing the confidentiality of the data. This is why we do not communicate results by sms and email but via our MYLAB application from the web or a smartphone. In addition, this solution guarantees the authenticity of the results and the analysis report.
