Colorectal cancer screening is an essential prevention tool. Simple, fast and accessible, it helps detect early signs of the disease, often before symptoms appear, allowing earlier treatment if necessary.
As part of Blue March, the month dedicated to raising awareness about colorectal cancer, it is important to highlight the importance of this test that can save lives.
Why get screened for colorectal cancer?
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers, but also one of the most treatable when detected early.
Screening can identify abnormalities before symptoms appear. With a simple test, it is possible to act quickly and significantly improve the chances of recovery.
When detected early, colorectal cancer can be cured in 9 out of 10 cases.
A simple, quick test you can do at home
Contrary to common misconceptions, colorectal cancer screening is:

- painless
- can be done at home using a self-sampling kit
The test can easily be performed at home and then sent to the laboratory for analysis.
