The myLAB application freezes on my Android smartphone

There are several possible scenarios depending on the version of Android installed on the smartphone.

First, make sure you have the latest version of the myLAB application available on the PlayStore.

Press the application icon for a few seconds.

If a pop-up menu appears
Select ""App Info"".
In the new window, choose ""Force shutdown"" then, in the ""Storage space"" section, choose ""Empty storage space"".

Then restart the application.

If no pop-up menu appears
Press ""i"".
In the new window, choose ""Storage"" and then click on ""Delete data"".
Then restart the application.
