BIONEXT is an ISO 15189-accredited medical biology laboratory, 100% Luxembourgish, and firmly committed to optimal patient care. Thanks to an innovative approach, we facilitate access to biological testing for Luxembourg residents as well as non-residents and cross-border workers.

With more than 120 sampling sites across the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we carry out all types of tests: blood samples, bone marrow donations, fertility testing, and many other essential examinations.

To meet everyone’s needs, we have developed digital and local services:

• LABOMOBILE, a mobile laboratory that brings our services closer to you
• PICKEN DOHEEM, a free mobile sampling service at the time and address of your choice
• MYLAB, a family mobile app allowing you to pre-register and view your results in real time

Beyond our services for individuals, we also support:

• Healthcare professionals by developing tailored offerings such as BIONEXTPATH, our anatomic pathology service
• Companies concerned with the well-being of their employees by offering a preventive healthcare service: BNEXTCARE

BIONEXT is also the national reference laboratory for the Organised Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme, implemented by the Health Directorate, reinforcing its key role in prevention and medical follow-up in Luxembourg.

Our expertise relies on a team of over 300 professionals, including sampling nurses, lab technicians, medical biologists, IT engineers and administrative staff, all working daily to ensure high-quality service.
